Hello!
I’m Chloe, otherwise known as the face behind Conscious Creative. I’ve been taking photographs since I was little, trying my hand in the sport, music and nature industries before finally settling on a Fashion Photography degree. But truth be told, my work takes influence from all of these sectors, not just one, and I believe this is what makes my work unique. I am always looking for the next unusual, interesting subject to capture. I love how creative I can be with fashion photography, but I haven’t boxed myself into this small section of the market. My background is in art, and I often used a variety of mixed media in my work to add interest to my pieces. As a photographer I have tried to keep this process going, refusing to limit myself to solely taking photographs with a camera. You can read more about what I mean by that here.
The Conscious Creative brand was borne out of my desire to be as sustainable as possible in my practice. Fashion and Travel, two of my biggest passions, are two of the most polluting industries in the world, and I am always trying to minimise my footprint in as many ways as I can whilst still doing the job that I love.
